Responsibilities :
– Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
– Delegate tasks effectively, set clear goals, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
– Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among team members.
– Utilize technical expertise and experience to make informed decisions regarding software architecture, design, and implementation.
– Evaluate various technical solutions and propose the most suitable approach based on project requirements, scalability, and performance considerations.
– Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
– Develop high-quality software solutions using PHP and relevant frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, and AngularJS.
– Collaborate closely with fellow developers and others necessary to translate requirements into technical solutions.
– Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems, utilizing best practices and design patterns.
– Leverage frontend technologies including Vue.js and Nuxt.js to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
– Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
– Implement and maintain automated testing procedures to validate software functionality and identify defects early in the development process.
– Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and perform thorough testing to guarantee the reliability and robustness of the software.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.
– Conduct tech sessions to share knowledge and necessary guidelines to enhance the skills of other members.
– Share expertise and insights with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
– Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user manuals.
– Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
– Any task associated with the position.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduates in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: 130K to 200K (Negotiable as per experience and skillset)
